Jordan Carson is a national award-winning journalist, who works as a co-host for the WOOD TV (NBC) lifestyle show, eightWest. Jordan has covered some of the biggest entertainment events across the country including the Academy Awards in Hollywood, the Country Music Awards in Nashville and the Dancing With The Stars LIVE finale in Los Angeles.

Jordan volunteers for many non-profit organizations, including those who advocate for students. She is a recognized national speaker on the growing epidemic of mental health issues and eating disorders. Jordan’s national award winning documentary, “Dying to be Thin”, tells her sister’s story through the eyes of their mom, and mental health professionals. It illustrates the importance of identifying warning signs, who’s at risk and how to get help.
